Lust is insatiable

"Love is easily satisfied. Lust is insatiable." – Treasure by Edwin Cole
A man might have a hundred children and live to be very old. But if he finds no satisfaction in life and doesn’t even get a decent burial, it would have been better for him to be born dead. He might live a thousand years twice over but still not find contentment. And since he must die like everyone else—well, what’s the use? (Ecclesiastes 6:3, 6 NLT)
Others focused living is rewarded by God with satisfaction and joy. Selfish living is insatiable and has no end. The person who seeks the well being of others above there own is satisfied by god with the joy and contentment they seek. The lustful person seeks the same goals in selfish pursuits, yet finds no end to their longing for joy.
Action. My sons, there is a God and he created us and this world and it has an intended design. Be a wise man and learn Gods design and purpose in the various aspects of life and pursue diligently those ends. Outward, others focused living is one of those principles of a blessed satisfied life. Love is easily satisfied…while lust is insatiable.
